This is a small workshop for cold process soap: every bar is poured, cut and cured by hand in batches of a few dozen, not by the pallet. Cold process means the oils and the lye solution are combined at low temperature and left to saponify slowly, which keeps the glycerin in the bar instead of stripping it out.

Three product lines

• Natural — natural ingredients only, scented with essential oils and coloured with clays and botanicals.
• Creative — fragrance oils and mica-based colourants, for designs and scents that essential oils alone cannot give.
• Seasonal — themed bars tied to a holiday or an awareness month, using either palette depending on the look and scent the batch calls for.

Why the ingredient list is on every bar

Each batch is listed with the exact oils, additives and colourants that went into it. Skin is personal: what suits one person irritates another, and the only way to choose sensibly is to see what is actually in the bar before buying it.

How to get the most out of a handmade bar

Cold process soap lasts far longer on a draining dish than sitting in a puddle. Keep it out of the direct stream of the shower, let it dry between uses, and a single bar will outlast several bottles of liquid wash. Colours and swirls shift slightly from batch to batch — that is what a hand-poured bar looks like, not a defect.
